Workshop Overview

In this hands-on training, participants will learn how to build agile and easy-to-understand quality management systems from the ground up – with or without specialized software. A special highlight: government funding programs can support the implementation process (e.g., BAFA, INQA, RWP – Germany).

Day 1 – Friday (8 units)

Introduction to Agile Quality Management: Core principles and advantages over traditional QM systems (2 units)

Building a Lean QM System: Practical steps for setting up efficient, agile quality structures (2 units)

Employee Engagement & Change Strategies: How to involve and motivate your team in the QM process (2 units)

QM Digitalization: Tools and smart processes for agile quality workflows (2 units)

Day 2 – Saturday (8 units)

Internal Audits & Continuous Improvement: Practical methods for audits and sustainable QM (2 units)

QM Communication & Certification Preparation: Effective communication and readiness for certification (2 units)

Practice Session & Open Q&A: Real-world cases and personalized discussion (3 units)

Funding Opportunities in QM: Overview and practical tips (1 unit)
