Is my planning firm even eligible for funding?
Yes, provided your firm qualifies as an SME (small or medium-sized enterprise), is based in Germany, and employs fewer than 250 people. We check your individual eligibility within 15 minutes during a free funding check.
Why should I implement ISO 9001 or 27001?
It’s not just about the certificate on the wall. ISO 9001 structures your processes more efficiently, and ISO 27001 protects you from severe liability risks in the event of data loss or cyberattacks. For many public tenders, this is now a mandatory requirement anyway.
How much time do I personally have to invest?
We know that your project work takes priority. Our system is structured so that we handle the heavy lifting (documentation, bureaucracy, funding applications). Your time commitment is limited to targeted coordination meetings – we digitalize while you keep planning.
How secure is the disbursement of the 80% funding?
We work in accordance with official guidelines (e.g., BAFA or regional programs). Since we guide you through the entire application process and prepare the required documentation in a legally compliant manner, the success rate for properly submitted applications is extremely high.
What happens if the funding is rejected?
We clarify this right in the initial funding check. We only move into implementation once the parameters are clear. You take on no financial risk without knowing in advance which subsidies will be granted.
